Washington Lodge No. 17 will hold our Stated Meeting on Monday, October 5, 2026.

Location: Hamilton Masonic Temple, 724 High St, Hamilton, OH 45011

Date: Monday, October 5, 2026

Dress Code: Suits preferred (come as you are—we would much rather have you in attendance than worry about what you're wearing)

Dinner: 6:30 PM

Meeting Time: 7:30 PM

Please join us as we take care of our monthly Lodge business and spend time together in fellowship.

Staying active in our stated meetings is the best way to keep up with what is happening in the Lodge and help shape our upcoming plans. Come sit down for dinner with us at 6:30 PM, reconnect with the Brethren, and stay for the meeting at 7:30. Your voice and presence are always welcome.

Important Note Regarding Dues:

As a friendly reminder to all Brethren, annual dues payments must be received prior to the November Stated Meeting in order to maintain voting eligibility. Suspensions for non-payment of dues will take effect on December 31st.

We have already received a large number of payments—thank you to everyone who has turned theirs in! If you recently mailed your payment and it hasn't posted or updated yet, don't worry. We are processing incoming mail as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or need to discuss your account, please feel free to reach out directly. Above all, we encourage every Brother who is able to attend to come sit in Lodge with us.

Attention All Brothers,

Brethren,

We are right in the thick of dues season, and I wanted to give everyone a quick update on where things stand. Washington Lodge is getting close to wrapping up our dues drive, though we still have a few remaining.

If you have already paid your dues but happen to receive another notice in the mail, please don't worry. A lot of Brethren don't realize that local lodges no longer send out these notices manually—they are sent out directly by the Grand Lodge. Because of how the automated system works, it's very possible for a notice to be generated while your payment is being processed in Grand View. If you don't see your check clear within 30 days, just reach out to me directly and I'll be glad to double-check that we received it.

We are truly grateful for your continued financial support of our Lodge and the Hamilton Masonic Temple. While keeping the lights on and the building maintained is vital, having you in the room with us matters far more.

If it's been a while since you last sat in Lodge, please take this as my warm and personal invitation to come out to an upcoming meeting. If you feel a little rusty on the signs or passwords, please don't let that hold you back for a second—you'll find nothing but welcoming faces and a helping hand here.
