Event Details: Cruise-A-Palooza 2025!!!

Brethren,

The count down to Cruise-A-Palooza 2025 has officially begun!  We are working hard to make this year's event (hopefully) even larger than last year and that much more lucrative.  We are asking that those of you who can, please mark you calendars NOW to reserve June 14th as this truly is an 'all-hands-on-deck' affair and we have important roles for ALL Brethren who can be there regardless of age or physical capacity to play.  We need Brothers who are willing to:

1- Direct traffic and help park cars 

2- Pass out Programs

3- Be on deck to provide information to registrants and attendees

4- Help out on the cash register and assist the Grangers with concessions

5- Take money

6- Help manage and keep canned food donations organized

7- Talk to potential 'future Masons' about the Craft 

8- And 101 other odds and ends!!!

This event has become a very anticipated event for the community and it along with the Scholarship Golf Outing is the most 'community-facing' event that we do all year long.  This is also, hands down the most lucrative fundraiser that we have that directly supports the lodge (the Golf Outing goes STRICTLY to scholarships).  A strong balance sheet for our lodge is critical not only to cover building-associated expenses but more importantly, if gives US as an organization the ability to do MORE and GIVE BACK MORE to our community throughout the year.  We welcome and would love to see ALL Brethren involved in whatever capacity that they are willing and able to be.  

Trophy and program advertising sales are now officially active and I have attached for you a 'Media Kit'/Flyer Combo that lists our rates- keep in mind that trophies are limited commodities and we already have 60% of them sold but we will literally print as many pages as we need to in the program for ads.  We also have set up space available for select sponsors and non-food vendors.  *TO CLARIFY: our set up space is intentionally priced at a premium to keep the number of vendors limited and the quality of those vendors and their wares high and to avoid having a 'yard sale' or 'craft show' vibe.  Starting next stated meeting we will start passing around the sign up sheets so we can get a good idea of the manpower we will have available the day of the show.  In the meantime, please contact myself or Shawn Steinschreiber with questions or if you have or know someone that might be interested in joining our sponsors.  If you have Facebook, and haven't already follow us at: https://www.facebook.com/CruiseAPaloozaAmandaOH.  Thank you and I look forward to working with you ALL and the great fellowship that we all know always ensues when Masons come together!  More updates forthcoming!
