The lodges of the Northwest Temple will be hosting an open house on Saturday, April 20 from 8 am to 3 pm. The goal is to open the lodge building to the public, and to provide an opportunity fpr lodge brethren to introduce prospects to the lodge.
This will coincide with University Lodge's Annual Pancake Breakfast in support of Nationwide Children's Hospital, from 8:00 to 11:30 am. This is an opportunity to enjoy some fellowship, and a great meal to start the day. Come on by, you won't be disapointed.
I also encourage you to bring a friend or colleague who would be a good candidate for Freemasonry. Our lodge will have brethren for the duration of the event. As Master I also plan to be present and look forward to the opportunity to personally engage and welcome prospects.

Join us for our inspection this year. Tuesday. April 23rd. We will have a catered dinner beforhand starting at 6:00 pm. No, it's not pizza or cold cuts but a hot dinner with dessert. Lodge then opens afterwards at 7:00 pm.
We will be conducting a Fellowcraft Degree on our newest Entered Apprentice. It would mean so much to our candidate if you could swing by the Northwest Temple to show your support for him. If you haven't been to lodge in a while, this would be an ideal opportunity to mingle with our brethren and the sister lodges of the 14th District. Having Community Lodge Brethren line up along side the alter during his obligation would be most insipring for our candidate. The attire has been been marked formal as we want our lodge to present make a good impression on the candidate and those attending.
For those of you that have a few miles under your belt, we'll be finishing by 9 so it won't be completely dark for the drive home. For others, you'll have time to get home to tuck the little ones to sleep. If you need a ride to & from the lodge, contact the Worshipful Master Robert Burgman at 614-787-4895.
As Master this year, I sincerely look forward to meeting some familiar faces. You won't be disappointed by the ritual work of our current officers. Quite the opposite.
Sincerely & Fraternally
Robert Burgman, WM raburgman@community684.org
